General Information

The Natura Path is a naturopathic practice specialising in fertility, reproductive health, and hormone balance. We combine science-based testing with holistic, whole-person care to help individuals and couples find clarity and confidence on their health journey.
We are based in Adelaide, South Australia, and offer online consultations to clients across Australia (and soon internationally).
We work with individuals and couples at all stages of their fertility and reproductive health journey. Our care is inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and supportive of diverse family structures.

Service and Consultation Details

We offer naturopathic consultations, advanced functional and genetic testing, partner-inclusive fertility support, whole-person health consultations, and programs such as The Seed Code. Energy healing and fertility retreats are also part of our integrative approach.
A free 20-minute Discovery Call allows you to share your goals and ask questions. It is an opportunity to see if we are the right fit for you, but it is not a consultation.
Initial consultations involve a thorough review of your history, symptoms, and health goals. We take a root-cause approach, assessing hormone balance, cycle health, genetics, and lifestyle factors. Where needed, we may recommend advanced testing. You will leave with a clear, personalised plan and practical next steps.
No. While fertility is our focus, we also support clients with hormone imbalance, chronic fatigue, post-viral symptoms, endometriosis, PCOS, gut health, and overall wellbeing.

Pricing and Payments

Consultation pricing is outlined on our Services page. Discovery Calls are complimentary.
Yes, payment options can be discussed for programs and packages.
Testing is billed separately by the laboratories. We guide you in choosing only the most relevant tests for your case.

Process and Support

Once you book online, you will receive a confirmation and new patient form. Discovery Calls and consultations are usually available within 1–2 weeks.
Every case is unique. Some clients notice improvements within weeks, while complex fertility journeys may take several months of preparation. We provide realistic timelines and ongoing support tailored to your situation.
Yes. We regularly work alongside fertility specialists, IVF clinics, and other health professionals to ensure you receive comprehensive care.
Absolutely. Male fertility is often overlooked, but it plays an equal role in conception. We provide sperm health optimisation, DNA fragmentation testing, and lifestyle strategies specifically for male fertility.
Yes. The Natura Path is an inclusive and affirming practice. We provide fertility preservation, hormone support, and reproductive health care that respects your identity and goals.

Policies and Logistics

Yes. All consultations are offered online, allowing us to work with clients across Australia and internationally.
We ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.
Refunds are not available for completed consultations. Pre-paid packages and programs may have tailored refund policies, which will be outlined upon booking.
Yes. All client records and personal health information are kept strictly confidential and stored securely.

Energy Healing

Yes. Energy Healing works exactly the same online as it does in person. Because energy is not limited by time or space, it can be channelled effectively across distance. Many clients experience the same benefits online as they would face-to-face.
We do not recommend Energy Healings during pregnancy. If you think you may be pregnant or are currently pregnant, it is best to wait until after you have given birth to ensure your full wellbeing and safety.
Yes. Please avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, and wearing excessive metal on your body on the day of your healing. This helps you stay energetically clear and receptive.
After your session, avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, and environments that may lower your energy (such as watching the news, horror films, or emotionally distressing content). Instead, give yourself time to rest, reflect, and stay in a positive or peaceful state of mind.
The energetic effects of a healing session typically last around 28 days. It is not recommended to receive Reiki or another energy healing within this period, so that the full integration can occur.
An Energy Healing session runs for approximately 60 minutes. Please allow yourself some quiet time before and after your appointment so you don’t feel rushed.
Wear something loose and comfortable. Ensure you are in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, and avoid wearing lots of metal jewellery. It can also be helpful to set an intention for what you’d like to receive from your session.
Everyone’s experience is unique. You may feel warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or waves of emotion releasing. Others feel very calm and peaceful. There is no right or wrong way to experience healing - it works whether you feel it strongly or very subtly.
No. Energy Healing works regardless of belief, though being open and receptive can enhance your experience.
